On 1 October 2008, Food Junction Holdings Limited
and its subsidiaries completed the acquisition
of
Malone's American Cafe, a Shanghai based restaurant
chain.

partial offer (the "partial offer") for
Food Junction Holdings Limited by Stirling Coleman
Capital Limited for and on behalf of APG Strategic
Investment Pte Ltd (the "offeror"), an
indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Auric Pacific
Group Limited - completion of partial offer
The Board of Directors of Food Junction Holdings
Limited (the "Company") wishes to inform
the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders")
that Auric Pacific Group Limited ("APGL")
has announced on 15 September 2008 that:

the Offeror has, pursuant
to the close of the Partial Offer, completed
the acquisition of 35.0 per cent of the ordinary
shares of the Company on 15 September 2008;
and |
| 2. |
following the completion
of the Acquisition on 15 September 2008, the
shareholding in the Company of the Offeror
and parties acting in concert with it, has
increased from approximately 29.9 per cent.
to 54.4 per cent. Accordingly, the Company
now becomes a subsidiary of the Offeror and
an indirect subsidiary of each of Auric Pacific
Investment Holdings Pte Ltd ("APIH")
and APGL. The Offeror is a wholly-owned subsidiary
of APIH, which is in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary
of APGL |

Acceptance of offer to operate a food court
at The Gardens in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
On 15 May 2008, Food Junction's 100% owned subsidiary,
T&W Food Junction Sdn Bhd has accepted the
offer from Mid Valley City Gardens Sdn Bhd to
operate a food court on the third floor of The
Gardens located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Mid
Valley City, located on a 50-acre site along the
Klang River, is a one-stop destination for shopping,
dining, business and leisure catering to the sophiscated
consumrs from both Kuala Lumpur's city centre
and south-western suburbs.

Signed a Conditional Sales & Purchase
Agreement on its proposed acquisition of the Malone's
American Cafe chain.
On 8 May 2008, Food Junction Holdings Limited
and its subsidiaries had signed a Conditional
Sales & Purchase Agreement on its proposed
acquisition of the Malone's American Cafe chain
of restaurants located in Shanghai, China. Malone's
(www.malones.com.cn) was established in Shanghai
since 1994 and offers an American style restaurant
cum pub concept to its expatriate customers and
locals. The restaurants boast a large screen TVs
where sports programmes are aired, and live band
entertainment.

Mall Level 4
On 26 April 2008, Food Junction opens its new
food court at Lot One Shoppers' Mall Level 4.
The Lot One Shoppers' Mall basement food court
ceased operation after 25th April 2008.

Acceptance of Offer to operate a food court
at Megamal Pluit Shopping Centre in North Jakarta,
Indonesia
On 9 April 2008, Food Junction's 100% owned subsidiary,
PT FJ Square Indonesia has accepted an offer from
PT Duta Wisata Loka to operate a food court at
Megamal Pluit located in Pluit Indah Raya. The
food court has a floor area of approximately 2,224
sq m and it is expected to open for business by
fourth quarter of 2008.

Food Junction opens its first Japanese Restaurant,
Tetsu
On 15 January 2008, Food Junction opens its first
Japanese Restaurant, Tetsu in Tanglin Mall. Tetsu
is the first in Singapore to offer Tempura and
Tonkatsu menu under one roof and to present the
Tempura and Tonkatsu in Kushi style (on skewer).
