Key Responsibilities:
- You will lead and manage all operations activities
for the Tetsu Japanese Restaurant or SoEZ Cooking
Studio.
- You will be responsible for formulating and implementing
the business plans, streamlining operations procedures
to achieve operational efficiency, high customer service
level and profitability.
- You are expected to develop and manage marketing
and sales strategies, build and maintain a broad customer
base and customer loyalty, and formulate competitive
prices and promotions.
- You will also manage and motivate a team of service
staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a strategic human resource role to attract,
develop and retain talented employees.
- Develop, implement and administer competitive policies
and programmes in support of all business objectives.
- Develop and maintain all personnel planning, recruitment,
selection and training procedures.
- Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures,
including compensation and benefits, and performance
management system that is in line with the Groups
values.
- Manage HR information system, including the preparation
and maintenance of all employee personal, salary and
benefits records
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Legal and Corporate Secretariat
Department.
- Identify legal issues, interpret and evaluate legal
information and handle all legal proceedings and documentation.
- Analyze, interpret, vet and draft contracts and
other legal documents.
- Conduct legal and statutory due diligence exercises.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with external legal counsel
and consultants.
- Manage the company secretariat function for the
Group, including preparing board meeting agenda, minutes
and related documents, maintaining proper statutory
records, and posting corporate announcements on SGXNet
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a centralized purchasing system for the
Groups food court and restaurant operations.
- Formulate and implement policies, procedures and
guidelines for each operation to manage inventory,
and to inspect and receive goods delivery.
- Be responsible for ensuring that all purchases made
through the Purchasing Department are bona fide and
are properly authorized.
- Be responsible for ensuring that all purchases made
are of the required quantity, quality as required
by the business operations.
- Develop, implement and maintain an efficient, effective
and objective vendor evaluation and selection system.
- Maintain accurate, timely and comprehensive information
on all purchases made.
- Be responsible for drawing up contracts for purchases
from suppliers
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
- Plan and manage the Groups marketing activities
and budget.
- Manage distribution channels and agencies, and product
pricing.
- Work with other business units for synergy campaigns
to support the Groups priorities
- Assist in developing initiatives that drive brand
awareness and affinity to target consumers.
- Solicit media support and publicity
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for all food court and restaurant
operations.
- Develop and implement the business plans.
- Source and develop new business opportunities.
- Streamline operations procedures to improve efficiencies
and optimize profitability.
- Manage landlord and tenant relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Management of the Group in the
formulation and implementation of the Group's strategies.
- Provide key support for undertaking strategic research
and trends for market and product development.
- Research, analyse and recommend expansion opportunities,
and prepare financial valuation analysis.
- Develop detailed financial models for conducting
feasibility analyses.
- Assist in potential acquisitions and projects, and
participate in due diligence, deal structuring, contracts
negotiation and documentation.
- Prepare business proposals and updates for the Board.
- Maintain good records and timely reporting to Management
on the performance of the business portfolio.
- Handle special project assignments for venture possibilities
or asset disposition.
For each position, the incumbent shall possess a good
degree or professional qualification in a related discipline.
